Welcome to Pure Luxe

Please check in with Guest Services upon your arrival. Spa clients are invited to arrive as early as desired to enjoy our luxury Spa amenities before and after their treatments, including the relaxing Spa lounge, dry sauna, experience shower, and steam shower. We’re so happy you’ve chosen Pure Luxe as your one-stop destination for all of your Salon, Spa, and Medspa needs.

Scheduling

While walk-in guests are certainly welcome, making an appointment is recommended to ensure your preferred time. To schedule, please call our Guest Services team at 865-474-7873 or click the Book Now button below.

Arrival Time

Spa clients should plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of their appointment time. If you are new to our Spa, you can expedite the check-in process by clicking here and providing the information needed for your treatment. Late arrival may limit the length of your service, as we must accommodate the next guest. We appreciate your understanding.

Spa Attire

We provide luxurious robes and slippers for our Spa guests to change into prior to their appointment. It is not necessary to wear undergarments during your treatment, but you may keep them on according to your preference. Our staff is professionally trained on proper draping techniques to ensure your comfort and protect your privacy.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, please note that missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee. A one-week notice is requested for spa packages and parties larger than three.

Directions

Please note that we are located on the upper level of our building. To get to our entrance from Hardin Valley Rd, turn onto Valley Vista Rd (between our building and the Regions Bank), then take the 2nd left into the upper back parking lot. Our Pure Luxe Medspa only location is located on 1645 Downtown West Blvd.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, you may exchange an opened and minimally used product within 14 days of purchase.

No refunds given on gift cards or pre-paid services are allowed. We are happy to transfer the purchase value of any pre-paid service towards another purchase and/or service.

Cell Phones

Pure Luxe is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Please be mindful of other guests and silence your cell phone while in the facility. If you need to take a phone call, we kindly request that you step outside of the Spa area when other clients are present.

Minors

Children should not be left unsupervised while in the facility and are asked to refrain from disturbing other guests. Minors 16 and under are required by law to be accompanied by a parent or guardian while receiving a Spa treatment. Minors 17 and under must have the consent of a parent or guardian to receive a Spa treatment.
